The Discover World Records is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Discover World Records and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Assam state courts for the resolution of any disputes.

Refund and cancellation

After successfully submitting your record you must pay for the certificate process. If you are inviting an adjudicator, fee must be pay before 20 days of the attempt. Once you pay it, it can not be refunded under any circumstance.
Discover World Records will send a certificate by post, incase damage occurred from Discover World Records, then the replacement will be given. If It is damaged by receiver then Discover World Records will not give replacement, but you can apply for the certificate once again.
If you applied to invite an adjudicator and he/she did not appear to your event then full refund will be given.

Declaration

I hereby declare that all the information’s are true to best of my knowledge. I understand that Discover World Records is not obligated to designate to my submission as the decision is based on their belief in supporting evidence or relevance of my claim. Discover World Records will be under no obligation to return any materials to me in any circumstances without any legal liability. I accept all terms and conditions made by Discover World Records, I have read and understand Terms& Conditions before submitting application and evidence. Discover World Records has right to accept or reject.

I understand I have to pay for the certificate and processing charge after successfully completing a record attempt.

Benefits

You no need to submit an evidence for your record attempt (It depends on the event) .
Adjudicator will be present a provisional certificate on the spot.
You will get an official record certificate within 10 working days.
Your official record will be uploaded in our records holder gallery.
The adjudicator will come with measuring equipment. In some case its exceptional.
